It is now again reported in outburst by Tonny Vanmunster, Landen, Belgium. He detected the outburst on a CCD image, obtained at the CBA Belgium, as follows : 1996 May 19.095 UT, 14.1 (T. Vanmunster, 0.25-m f/6.3 SCT, unfilt. CCD image, comp. star 13.7 W of variable); Following the outburst announcement in CVC 92, Taichi Kato, Ouda Station, Kyoto University, Japan suggested that this variable very likely undergoes more frequent outbursts than suggested by the currently available observations. The present outburst report very much seems to support that suggestion. Below we present an overview of all observations of this object, registered since the April 1996 outburst : 1996 Apr. 22.021 UT, [14.9 (G. Poyner, 0.40-m refl.); Apr. 27.052 UT, 14.7 (G. Poyner); Apr. 27.092 UT, 14.6 (G. Poyner); Apr. 28.035 UT, 14.7 (G; Poyner); Apr. 29.919 UT, 14.7 CU (T. Vanmunster, CBA Belgium, 0.25-m SCT, unfiltered CCD image); Apr. 30.028 UT, 14.9 (G. Poyner); Apr. 30.998 UT, 14.2 (L. Jensen, Denmark, 0.25-m SCT + CCD); May 05.024 UT, [14.8 (G. Poyner, UK, 0.40-m refl.); May 08.010 UT, [14.8 (G. Poyner); May 15.031 UT, [14.8 (G. Poyner); May 16.079 UT, [15.3 (G. Poyner); May 19.095 UT, 14.1 (see above); Tonny Vanmunster
